Diana Nikolaeva is a  Partner in EY Bulgaria. She has a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy. She is a graduate from the Georgetown University, Washington D.C. (USA) in a Pew Economic Freedom Fellows Programme.

Diana is a Board member of the Chamber of the Professional Valuers in Bulgaria. She is a member of the CFA Institute (USA) and a CFA Charter holder. She is also a licensed appraiser.

Diana Nikolaeva is leading Transaction Advisory Services in Bulgaria and is the Quality & Risk Management leader for all 21 Central and South Eastern European countries in EY. Her leadership experience includes numerous projects in Bulgaria and other CSE countries related to mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, corporate management, financial analysis and investments consulting, restructuring and financial due diligence services.

Diana is also actively involved in various community initiatives aimed at enhancing women’s engagement in the modern business world.
