Mrs. Lidia Shouleva is a Managing partner of Business Intellect.

She was CEO of Albena Invest Holding including 25 subsidiaries of various economic sectors.

Mrs. Shouleva was Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Minister of Labor and Social policy, as well as Member of the European and the Bulgarian Parliament. 

Along with her engagement as a member of the Board of Directors of several multinational companies, she provides advisory services related to investment projects and other financial matters.

Most recently she completed an executive program at Harvard Kennedy School USA, she holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Electronic Science among other professional specializations.
