Tsvetanka Mintcheva is Head of Retail Banking Division and Member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bulbank and UniCredit Consumer Financing. She started her career in the bank in 2001, as an intern, and since then she has held various sales and management positions. She has experience in variousinnovation and change management projects in retail banking, information technology and organization.

Tsvetanka Mintcheva has worked on the strategy development and implementation of bank alternative channels in Bulgaria.She took a leading role in the UniCredit Group project for designing and opening the Branch of the Future in Central and Eastern Europe, located in Sofia. She is a welcomed guestspeaker to famous European conferences and events covering banking business and innovation topics. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and also completed a MBA program in International Business in Italy.

Since 2015, Tsvetanka Mintcheva is a member of the Executive Board of Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria. She actively participates in the initiatives of the Council and is personally responsible for the working stream delivering the “Leadership Academy” –a training program for women in mid-level management positions or owners and managers of small and middle-sized businesses.In 2016, theBulgarian Forum of Business Leaders awarded first place the “Leadership Academy” initiative of the CWBB in the category „Investor in Human Capital“.
